Preparation
Pigeon netting installations for most loading bays consist
of special fixings for the steel work beams. Bridge clamps
can be used for the main anchor points to harness the stainless
steel or galvanized steel wire rope.

When all the anchor eyebolts have been installed the intermediate
girder clips can be fixed in place approximately every 600mm
to support the steel wire rope. After all the fixings have
been installed throughout the steel beam sections the wire
can now be connected to the fixings and tightened to the
required tension using M6 barrel strainers. All fixings
are available ether in stainless steel of galvanised depending
on the client’s specifications
Pigeon Netting Installation For Loading Bays
The pigeon netting is now ready for installation using
O-ring staples called hog ring, these will connect the pigeon
netting to the tensioned steel wire rope every 50mm throughout
the steel beam structure until the netting is totally suspended
on the wire rope system. Special access zips or stainless
steel clips can be installed so maintenance can be carried
out inside the closed of area.
